We use data we have collected about people for the following permitted purposes under the General Data Protection Regulation:

Specific Data Uses
We will securely share your contact details and property details with staff and sub-processors to fulfill our contractual obligation to carry out video services. All staff and sub-processors must be familiar with our General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Policy and comply with its terms.
Your data is stored within our diary system which is maintained by our email provider Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. Your data may also be processed via an online order form supplied by POWr Inc. both are fully compliant with GDPR.
Due to the nature of our business video footage is stored on Dropbox and may also be published on YouTube or Vimeo, all of whom are GDPR complaint.
Some of your data is needed for our financial records and is stored by Xero Limited, they are fully compliant with GDPR and we have a data processing agreement with them.
We know how much data security matters to all our customers. With this in mind we will treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it.
Access to your personal data is password protected and we regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
Job Applicants, Current and Former Filmworx Employees
The information provided during the process will only be used for the purpose of the progression of your application. The information will be held securely by us whether it’s in electronic or physical format. If you are successful the information provided during the application process will be retained by us as part of your employment file for the duration of your employment plus 3 years following the end of your employment.
If you are unsuccessful the information provided will be retained for 6 months.
Access to Personal Information
You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by us, this is known as “subject access request”. Under GDPR, no fee is payable and we will provide any and all information in response to your request free of charge.

You have the right to ask us to delete or stop processing your data. We may only then continue to do so if we can establish a need to do so.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to us at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer named above.
